  • The pay starts at $31,000 a year and goes up depending on experience, location, and size of company.
  • Some smaller companies pay cash and bigger ones pay by check.

Duties,
  • haul equipment to cite,
  • look at plans of where to dig,
  • dig the hole or put in fill depending on plans,
  • haul dirt in/out depending on job,
  • fix any of the equipment that breaks.

Typical day,
  • haul dirt/equipment to job or pickup if the equipment is already there,
  • Follow plans on where/what to dig or move,
  • haul dirt in/out,
  • fix equipment on cite if possible or haul it back to your shop to fix it.
  • There are several people working for the company so each person has there own thing to do, so its different.
